Canyon Creek PTA Helping Hands Program

Our PTA and Canyon Creek Elementary are teaming up again to offer this confidential program for our school families in need.

This is a year long program and we are hoping to provide a Thanksgiving holiday meal, food bags for week+ school breaks, fulfill wish lists for the winter break holidays, and more.

Help us with Canyon Creek Helping Hands Spring Break Food Boxes!

Sign up here today to choose items to donate or volunteer to help.

Donate Food:

*** The food donations will offset the expense of purchasing food. We do have money we will use for some food (not included in signup list), but hope to have enough money to purchase ALL the summer food.

  • You can donate food and drop off at one of the collection times
    • Friday, 3/31, 8:30-9:30am in front of the gym.
    • Friday, 3/31, 6-7pm, at the Multicultural Night (first hour only).

Donate Money:

  • You can also donate money, if that is preferable for you. We will use it for the Helping Hands program only. If we don't need it for this year for Summer Food Boxes, it will carry over for Helping Hands next year. Donate money for helping hands

Volunteer to help:

  • Help collect food being donated at one of our two collection events.
    • Friday, March 31, 8:30-9:30am (in front of the gym by the dropoff line)
    • Friday, March 31, 6-7pm (first hour of the Multicultural event)
  • Help fill the food boxes
    • Monday, April 3, 8:30-10:30am (in front of the gym by the dropoff line)

After the Spring Food boxes, we will have one more Helping Hands food box event to help families kick off the summer with a nice box of food.

Thank you for your continued support!
