PTA General Membership Meeting RECAP! To kick off 2022, we had our first membership meeting over Zoom on Tuesday, January 18th, 2022.  Take a moment to review what happened at our meeting. Northshore School District Bond & Levies Presentation Our guest presenters were representatives from Northshore School District. Information was presented about the three funding measures which are on the February 8th, 2022 ballot . Mental Health First Aid - Parent Ed Opportunity
Youth Mental Health First Aid is an internationally recognized skills-based training that teaches adults (age 18 and up) how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health challenges and substance-use challenges in youth. The interactive training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial support to children and adolescents (ages 6-18) who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem and help connect them to the appropriate care. 2021-22 Canyon Creek Arrival/Dismissal Times
Canyon Creek Elementary  Arrival & Dismissal Times In Northshore school district, we have early release Wednesdays. These are days when students are released 1 1/2 hours early to allow for teacher planning, collaboration & meetings. Most Wednesdays of the school year are early release days.  The other exceptions to the normal release time are for elementary conferences - there are 5 days in November and one day in February (noted with an "e" on the school district one-page calendar ) where elementary schools have early dismissal for conferences.
