Canyon Creek Elementary  Arrival & Dismissal Times In Northshore school district, we have early release Wednesdays. These are days when students are released 1 1/2 hours early to allow for teacher planning, collaboration & meetings. November 6th through December 6th , send any loose change or dollar bills with your student to class in a marked envelope with their name and teacher. Update about Screening Day Vision and Hearing Screening Day was a great success. Thank you to our volunteers! It's a fast-paced fun day and is of great service to our Canyon Creek students. Screening day is step one in the screening process. Some students are screened by the nurse or audiologist a second time with different equipment and environment if the first screening is not successful. Screening Day is Thursday, October 10th!   Every year the school nurse and school district helpers - along with parent volunteers - conduct vision and hearing screenings for all the grade levels except for the 4th graders.  It is very important to get all the kiddos screened because good vision and hearing are essential to learning!     The screening day is set for Thursday, October 10th from 8:45am - 2:00pm at the school. Canyon Creek Elementary  Arrival & Dismissal Times In Northshore school district, we have early release Wednesdays. These are days when students are released 1 1/2 hours early to allow for teacher planning, collaboration & meetings.
