PTA Membership Meeting - Tuesday, October 18

Social Time starts at 6:30pm
Meeting starts at 7pm

Join us for our first PTA meeting of the new school year! We will be in room F230 (Multi-Purpose room in Building F) at Canyon Creek Elementary. Come a little early and say HI and have a treat.

Topics on the agenda include:

  • Programs & Events updates
  • Review potential budget updates, mission & goals, standing rules, and more.
  • Discussion of fundraising need...volutneers needed - or may need to cancel events/programs. 
  • Review of financials (since last membership meeting in May), Year End Financial review.
  • Update from Principal Brandi Doyle.
  • Election of PTA officers, filling open board positions (President, VP-Communications - and maybe Secretary)

Childcare Option for Caregivers Attending PTA Meeting

Reservation Required!

Please reserve your spot(s) and complete the form linked below by Friday, October 14th, valid for childcare during our October 18 Canyon Creek PTA Membership Meeting

  • Drop off will begin at 6:30pm (social time starts at 6:30pm), meeting starts at 7pm. 
  • Children ages 5-12 are welcome. 
  • If no children are dropped off by 7:15 pm, we will cancel the childcare.
  • Caregiver will need to complete a waiver/form at drop off.
This child care is provided so caregivers can attend the PTA membership meeting. Adults must stay on Canyon Creek campus the entire time. Pick children up immediately following meeting, so our child care providers can head home!
 
Please only signup if you are planning to use this service. We will reach out prior to the event to confirm. We don't want to waste our caregivers' time if they are not needed.
