Please join Canyon Creek Elementary for an informational meeting about starting a Natural Leader program at Canyon Creek Elementary on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 6:00pm. In a nutshell, Natural Leaders are a group of parents from all different cultures who work together to build a community centered in listening to the voice of all families, advocating for all families based on need, helping others navigate our school system, and supporting all classrooms, students, and families during remote and in person learning.
Natural Leaders support equitable family engagement while honoring each family's expertise of their students, communities, and needs. You do not have to attend the Natural Leader training to be a part of this community. All are welcome! If you would like to provide translation services to other parents, please email Brandi Doyle at bdoyle@nsd.org.
