We are so happy to share with you that the Helping Hands Holiday Wishlist & Meals program assisted 16 families (69 individuals in total) with a variety of things based on their individual requests.

  • Some received gifts purchased for them, given information about the family members.
  • Some received gift cards to purchase their own gifts.
  • Some got a box of food and/or a grocery store gift card to help with food for the holidays.
  • Some were given wrapping paper and tape to help make the gifting more festive.
  • We donated 19 Spiritwear items to students in 14 of the families.
  • All of the families received a voucher for a gift of PTA membership.
  • We also included some fun things like cookies and hot chocolate for the holidays!

Because of our community's amazing generosity, we have around $2600 left to help with things throughout the rest of the school year, like food & grocery gift cards for school breaks (mid-winter break, spring break & possibly summer).

And for the many many thank you messages...
