Help Prepare your Student for our Tech Savvy World!

Join CODE.ORG for events during Computer Science Education Week!

Hour of Code takes place each year during Computer Science Education Week, which is December 7-13. Hour of Code is focused on the idea of getting kids interested in coding, not just as a potential career path, but also to develop critical thinking and analytical skills.

During the past few years, many of our Canyon Creek teachers have participated in Hour of Code during the school day, but given the situation this year, many teachers do not have time to incorporate it into the class schedule.

Fortunately, it is super easy to do on your own!! Visit https://code.org/ for dozens of age-appropriate projects.
