5 MUST HAVE TOOLS IN YOUR PARENTING TOOLBOX

Sometimes it is hard to understand the difficulties we all are facing. We are all under an enormous amount of stress and it is vital that we ALL find a healthy outlet to support ourselves and our families.

Canyon Creek PTA is so proud to be partnering with Cher Anderton, MSW, LSWAIC (our Pandemic Parenting presenter) to offer an amazing online subscription to her course and parent coaching. This program, normally $180 per family, will be FREE for ALL Canyon Creek families and staff! Note that this program is not exclusive to our school community, but the deal is!
 

Cher Anderton, the Parent Coach running this program, is looking for interpreters for the live parenting calls.

About the Program

Anchored Families is founded upon the principles of joy, connection and trauma-informed practices. How we show up for ourselves and our kids impacts our ability to experience joy and true connection. 
 
This innovative online course is composed of five asynchronous modules accessible anytime throughout the subscription year, a workbook, and twice monthly live online parent coaching session where parents can connect with each other and dive deeper into implementation and practice of the 5 Must Have Tools In Your Parenting Toolbox. By intentionally practicing these tools, we can learn to model the very skills we want our kids to emulate.
 
Once enrolled, you will have full access to:
  • Anchored Families website with five learning modules (all modules are in English and Spanish with a few in Russian- the presenters hope to get all the modules translated into Russian)
  • Online workbook (to be updated soon)
  • Live Community Calls
    • Zoom links will be sent a day or two before the live call
    • Dates and times (all Wednesdays):

How to Enroll

Getting enrolled is a two step process since Canyon Creek PTA has secured this program for Canyon Creek Elementary community.
  1. Fill out this Google Form (limited to one family member per household please).
  2. You will then receive an email from our PTA with instructions on how to enroll in the program.
