PTA Volunteer Opportunities, 2018-2019:

Volunteer word cloud heart

Canyon Creek PTA needs YOU! Our organization is entirely volunteer-based. Please consider volunteering and helping us to meet our mission of supporting programs that serve every student, building community, and celebrating the diversity of our school.

When you chair a program or an event, you have the opportunity to make it work for you! Many of these positions are well-established, meaning there is lots of information/knowledge ready to be shared to make the job easier and set you up for success. Even with "new" positions-- you will have the backing and support of our PTA board to help you succeed. And, as with anything, the job is really what YOU make it! Nothing here is set in stone. There are many ways to make a position work for you, even if that means changing it up and doing something new or different.

Note: Any chair position can be shared! Find a friend and serve together as co-chairs OR let us know you would like to partner with someone but you want helping finding someone! Many hands make for lighter work.

Not ready to chair a program or event? We are also always looking for individuals who are willing to volunteer to help support our wide array of programs and activities. There are single-event opportunities as well as ongoing positions. For occasional volunteer opportunities, keep an eye on our Volunteer Dashboard on our homepage!

Check out the list of positions and descriptions below. Then use the form below to indicate your interest(s). Once you submit the form, expect to hear back from us within a couple of days.  Open chair positions are highlighted in yellow.
