Robin Zaback (President)
Robin is perhaps one of the most thoughtful, creative, passionate and dedicated advocates out there. She is detailed and smart in all PTA tasks and endeavors she takes on. Robin always has time to get you to the answer you need. She genuinely cares about “all the things” PTA and strives to put the mission and goals into every aspect. Robin is leaving big shoes to fill and we’ve been extremely lucky to have her.
Barby Taheri (VP - Programs/Awards)
Barby is the best. She is has a huge heart for kids wants the very best for our PTA community. She is generous with her time and resources, and will always offer help in every way she can. I appreciate her positive attitude & her humor for laughs or to diffuse polarizing topics. Barby is honest and compassionate and our community is hugely blessed to have her in our corner.
Angela Hacker (Secretary)
Angela is a rockstar. She is never afraid to ask tough questions or speak truth. She is a fantastic independent thinker! Angela is smart, thoughtful and sticks to her convictions. Her heart for kids, especially in the area of safety issues and what improvements MUST be made, are hugely admirable. She puts kids first in all of her pta involvement. I’ve greatly appreciated her voice on the board and in the PTA community.
Jennifer Herrman (Treasurer)
Jennifer is in charge of the heartbeat of PTA. Without a responsible and diligent treasurer, all our great programs wouldn’t be possible. She takes a complex budget and comprehensively explains it each month with wit and smarts. I appreciate her approachable nature and her commitment to kids.
Jenn Snyder (Legislative)
Jenn is PTA LEG-it! ;) She takes confusing and often polarizing legislative topics, and breaks them down to be more understandable. She is a strong asset to both CC and Skyview, making sure both are informed about all ongoing legislative discussions and decisions that will impact our community. I appreciate her dedication to a topic that’s not in my wheelhouse!
Being involved takes risk, sacrifice, dedication, knowledge, and humility.
Robin, Barby, Angela, Jennifer H. and Jenn S. have all displayed those characteristics to a tee.
It is our absolutely honor at Canyon Creek to have had these five women support and guide our PTA.
