PTA General Membership Meeting

April 13th, 2020

Please join us for our next PTA General Membership meeting on Monday, April 13th, 7-8:30pm. This meeting has been rescheduled from March 17th and will be held online.

For security purposes, we will not be sharing our Zoom Meeting ID online. If you are interested in attending our General Membership Meeting via Zoom, email our PTA President, Melanie McKenzie, at president@canyoncreekpta.org.

 
PTA Business

Here are some agenda items we will be discussing:

  • Review/approve minutes from our last meeting
  • Review financials available since the last Membership meeting
  • Updates from Membership, program committees, Staff Appreciation
  • Principal Update!
  • 2020-2021 Executive Board Election
    • Our 2020-2021 PTA Executive Board Elections have been moved to the May Membership meeting (Tuesday, May 19th) because we will not be able to have a normal (in person) PTA meeting to have the vote in April.
    • At our April meeting (Monday, April 13th), we plan to present changes to the standing rules that would allow for electronic voting.
    • The PTA Nominating Committee has presented their report. We will also have a process for people to self-nominate prior to the May meeting - so look for information in our newsletters and website.
