Calling all 2018-2019 Kindergarten Parents!

Sessions are all full,
but look for more opportunities to visit the school coming over the next few months...
and PTA Summer Fun Play Dates!!

The information below was sent to families of incoming kindergarteners (for 2018-2019 school year) who have registered at the school. Canyon Creek Elementary is offering three adult only orientations at the school that require advance sign up - space is limited in each session.

• If you have registered, but didn't receive this email, please contact the school to make sure your contact information is correct.
• If you have not yet registered your soon-to-be kindergartener, please head to the school to get the registration forms.  The school is planning for next year already, and they need to know as much as they can about numbers of students.
• If you know of a family with a kindergarten age child, please share this information with them to make sure they know they should be registering. 

Please make sure you go the office and sign in prior to going to the orientation! 

Dear Parents of Incoming Kindergartners,

Welcome to Canyon Creek Elementary! We know that sending your little one off to school is a big milestone and you may be wondering what kindergarten is like at Canyon Creek.  We’d like to help you get to know about our kindergarten program so we would like to invite you to attend one of our open house sessions:

• March 19, 10:50-11:35
• March 22, 10:50-11:35
• April 2, 10:50-11:35

You will learn about our kindergarten program, things you can do to make a smooth transition for your child, and visit a kindergarten class.  These sessions are for adults only and space is limited in each session.  Sign up for a session by calling our school office at 425-408-5700. 

Our kindergarten team is busy planning a welcome night for students this spring and our school and PTA will host a back to school night for families right before school starts.  Watch for more information on these events.
