Calling all Canyon Creek families!

Summer is almost here and it is time to clean out backpacks, junk drawer, etc!

Have extra crayons and/or markers? We have a solution for YOU! We are recycling all crayons and markers. Collection starts Monday, June 10th until the end of school. Look for a bin in the office for any type of crayons (broken/dull/half used) and any type of markers (dried up is fine, must have lid).

Canyon Creek PTA Sustainability Chairs will then box them up and send the markers to Crayola for their recycling program (they turn them into liquid fuel to heat homes and fuel cars) and send the crayons to Crazy Crayons (they melt them and reuse them).
