You Are Invited!

Canyon Creek PTA is proud to invite you to our annual family bingo night!
It’s a great time with friends, food, bingo and a chance to win fun prizes!
Also, bring cash or checkbook to purchase raffle tickets - all proceeds will go to Canyon Creek PTA!

 

Registration / Pre-Order Form is Due by Friday, March 6th!!

NOTE that pre-registration is NOT required - however it will make your entry into Bingo Night a lot smoother and quicker.
And will ensure you get the food/bingo items that you want!

Registration for the event is completed when the form is returned with the TOP part filled out completely. The lower portion of form is the pre-order part. While there is no purchase REQUIRED, we do recommend ordering pizza, bingo pads and daubers in advance to ensure you get them. Payment must be received with the form, by the deadline, for any pre-order items. Make checks payable to "Canyon Creek PTA".

 

Pre-order items include:

  • Fun Pack (1 large pizza, 2 waters, 2 bingo pads, 2 daubers) for $20.
  • Bingo Daubers for $1 each.
  • Bingo Pads for $3 each.
  • Large Pizza for $15 each. (Cheese, Pepperoni or 1/2 Cheese 1/2 Pepperoni - no special orders.)
  • Water for $1 each.

 

On-site concessions will include:
(limited quantities are available)

  • Uncle Peteza’s pizza by the slice for $2 each.
  • Water, soda and candy for $1 each.
  • Bingo Daubers for $1 each.
  • Bingo pads for $3 each.

 

Pre-ordering is highly recommended as all on-site concessions are first-come, first-serve!
 
No outside food or beverages are permitted.
