You Are Invited!

Canyon Creek PTA is proud to invite you to our annual family bingo night! It’s a great time with friends, food, bingo and a chance to win fun prizes! Also, bring your checkbook and bid at our silent auction - all proceeds will go to Canyon Creek PTA!

 

Registration / Pre-Order Form is Due by Wednesday, February 28th!!

Registration for the event is completed when the form is returned with the TOP part filled out completely. The lower portion of form is the pre-order part. While there is no purchase REQUIRED, we do recommend ordering pizza, bingo pads and daubers in advance to ensure you get them. Payment must be received with the form, by the deadline, for any pre-order items. Make checks payable to "Canyon Creek PTA".

Pre-order items include:

  • Fun Pack (1 large pizza, 2 waters, 2 bingo pads, 2 daubers) for $20.
  • Bingo Daubers for $1 each.
  • Bingo Pads for $3 each.
  • Water for $1 each.
  • Large Pizza for $15 each.

On-site concessions will include (but limited quantities are available):

  • Uncle Peteza’s pizza by the slice for $2 each.
  • Water, soda and candy for $1 each.
  • Daubers will be available for $1 each.
  • Bingo pads for $3 each.
Pre-ordering is highly recommended as all on-site concessions are first-come, first-serve!
 
No outside food or beverages are permitted.
