It was an inspiring evening with so many great class art collections to view.
Created by all of the students at Canyon Creek - as well as some from the talented staff!
We also enjoyed listening to our wonderful 5th grade marimba band -
always fun to hear their upbeat music offerings.
Another exciting happening was the reveal of the 40th Anniversary Cap Mural and it didn't disappoint!
We can't wait to see it installed outside the school!

along with all the volunteers and kids who helped assemble the mural.
And of course the families who collected the 40,000+ caps to allow it to happen.
PE Teachers - Mr. Mayberry & Ms. Daniel - for loaning us the gym for the WHOLE day to setup
and allow classes to view all the art displays during the school day.
Last but NOT least, our Art Docent Chairs - Melissa Kline, Courtney Carr & Jodie McClure -
for doing all the things necessary to make the Art Docent program and Art Gala so amazing!
